Vegetable Ribbons – fresh pasta with vegetables

Pastella Vegetable Ribbons are a brand new type of fresh pasta with lots of vegetables added to the dough - 40% vegetables to be precise. You might go so far as to say that the vegetable pasta is vegetables disguised as pasta, because it tastes every bit as good as classic fresh pasta. The vegetable pasta is available in two flavours: Vegetable Ribbons with carrot and Vegetable Ribbons with broccoli and peas.

One minute is all it takes to cook the delicious pasta.

Cooking instructions: Bring 1 l water and 1 tsp salt to the boil and add the pasta. Bring back to the boil and then cook for one minute. Pour the pasta into a dish, stir in 1 dl of the cooking water and the Pastella Vegetable Ribbons are ready to serve.
