About Pastella

Back in 1989, Tholstrup Cheese was the first company in Denmark to begin production of fresh pasta. Production of Pastella fresh pasta began in 1989 with the launch of Pastella Fettuccine. The recipe for Pastella fresh pasta was developed by Boris Koppel, Maestro PASTEIO in fresh pasta.

Pastella fresh pasta can be frozen and kept for about two months in the freezer at -18°C (frozen pasta should be defrosted in the fridge before cooking).
