Fresh vegetable pasta with carrot

Vegetable Ribbons with carrot take their lovely carrotty colour from the vegetable itself. The pasta has no added colours, E numbers or flavourings - just the classic taste of fresh pasta. Vegetable Ribbons with carrot contain 42 g of vegetables per 100 g.

Cooking instructions:Bring 1 l water and 1 tsp salt to the boil and add the pasta. Bring back to the boil and then cook for one minute. Pour the pasta into a dish, stir in 1 dl of the cooking water and the Pastella Vegetable Ribbons are ready to serve. Bon appétit! 

Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, carrots (26% carrot purée, 2% carrot powder)*, wheat flour, wheat gluten, pasteurised eggs. *Equivalent to 42 g carrot per 100 g Vegetable Ribbons
